Neir - Quit Smoking Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application “Neir - Quit Smoking” (the “App”), developed and maintained by Dmitriy Havrilenko (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the app

The App helps users track smoking behavior, record moods, view statistics, and stay motivated with achievements and notes.

3. Account and authentication

The App uses Sign in with Apple as the only login method. By signing in, you agree that your Apple ID may be used to create and manage your account. If you delete your Apple ID or revoke app access, your associated data may be permanently deleted.

4. In-app purchases

The App offers both free and premium content. Purchases are processed via RevenueCat and Apple’s in-app purchase system. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.

5. User content

You may add personal notes in the App. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to share illegal, abusive, or offensive material.

6. Limitations

The App is a motivational self-help tool and is not a substitute for medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in the App are the intellectual property of Dmitriy Havrilenko. You may not reverse engineer or copy the App or any part of it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for behavior violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ukrainian courts.
