- Sign in with Apple: we may receive an identifier and, if you choose, your name and/or email (Apple may provide a private relay email).
- User content: goals and notes you create inside the App (for example, “goals” related to quitting).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Analytics data (Firebase Analytics): app interactions, basic device/app info, and performance data used to understand usage and improve the App.
- Advertising data (AdMob): ad impressions, clicks, and related technical identifiers used to deliver and measure ads.
- Local app state: settings stored on your device (for example, whether you completed onboarding).
2.3 Sensitive data / health data
We do not collect health data.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the App (including account access via Sign in with Apple).
- To save your in-app content (such as your goals and notes) and preferences.
- To understand how the App is used and improve features and stability (analytics).
- To display and measure ads (AdMob).
- To communicate with you for support requests.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App:
- Google Firebase Analytics (analytics and measurement).
- Google AdMob (advertising and measurement).
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, purchases and subscriptions).
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Advertising
The App shows ads using Google AdMob. Ad providers may use device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver ads and measure performance. You can control ad personalization through your device settings where available.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer subscriptions and/or lifetime access. Payments are processed by Apple (In-App Purchases). We do not receive your full payment card details. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to Apple’s policies.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate purposes such as improving the App and complying with legal obligations.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Delete data in the App: you can delete your in-app data using the App’s deletion controls (where available).
- Remove local data: uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device.

9. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
