This Privacy Policy explains how WakeSignal handles your information. Short answer: we don’t collect, store, or share any personal data.
By using WakeSignal, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.
All information used by the App (e.g., map points, notification triggers) stays locally on your device and never leaves it.
The App’s core functionality operates offline. All temporary data, such as map markers or preferences, is stored on your device’s memory and is automatically removed when you uninstall the App. We do not maintain any external databases or servers.
We do not share any data with third parties, advertisers, or analytics providers. The App contains no external SDKs, tracking libraries, or cookies.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store. We never receive or store any billing information. For details on how Apple handles payment data, please review the Apple Privacy Policy.
WakeSignal does not target or knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a minor is using the App and provided any personal data, please contact us, and we will assist immediately — although the App is not designed to collect any data at all.
Because WakeSignal does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no risk of unauthorized access to user information. All operations occur locally within the App’s sandboxed environment on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the new version will replace the old one in the App and on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top always reflects the most recent version.
